The goal of A Future Built On Skills (AFBOS) was to connect with policy makers and industry leaders across the country by hosting presentations, panels and conversations filled with practical insights, hoping to result in tangible action.

The goal for the event subbrand was to encapsulate the political moment of 2025, while remaining in the existing FSC brand. Often FSC’s visual brand avoids heavy connotation with Canadiana imagery, but this event provided the opportunity to explore what Canadian imagery could look like within the FSC context

  • How can we emulate the bold shapes, colours and contrast, while keeping simple construction?

  • What key tenants of Canadian modernist symbols feel relevant to FSC’s existing visual brand?
