Trinket Dishes
Handwash
Unglazed (rough) v.s. Glazed (smooth)
Unglazed portions of trinket dishes are more susceptible to colour changes and chipping due to the porous nature of the clay. I prefer to use unglazed dishes for holding my jewelry instead of soaps, foods or skincare items.

Ceramic care notes
Earrings & Jewelry Charms
Earring findings are all hypoallergenic - surgical steel, hypoallergenic stainless steel or 18K gold filled findings.
Note that ceramic jewelry may be a little heavier than polymer clay jewelry! Consider what works best for you and your body’s needs.
Note that ceramic jewelry is not as durable as other materials, but this is what makes them precious <3
It is not recommended to wear ceramic items all the time, in a variety of environments, but as a ceramic artist I do find myself doing this haha (:
